KPP was founded in 2020 by Brian Santana De La Rosa, with a focus on control investments in closely held mid-market companies and real estate opportunities across the United States, Western Europe, and the Caribbean. Prior to launching KPP, Brian held investment and executive roles at Bain Capital LP, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Brian is a graduate cum laude of Princeton University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MST in Real Estate from Cambridge University.
